Miss Jen has been sharing her love and passion for dance since opening the doors to 5-6-7-8 in 1999. As Studio Owner and Creative Director, she continues to lead the studio with the same passion, energy, and heart that inspired her from the very beginning. Miss Jen has performed professionally all over the world, but found that her true calling was nurturing and inspiring young dancers right here in Dracut, Massachusetts. Over the years, her students have earned hundreds of awards for technique, choreography, expression, and sportsmanship, as well as countless overall and title awards. Many of her alumni have gone on to become professional dancers, teachers, and choreographers. Miss Jen is passionate about creating a studio where dancers are challenged to grow, encouraged to believe in themselves, and surrounded by a community that feels like home. When she says you are part of her “Dance Family,” she means it!

Miss Sam began her 5-6-7-8 journey as an assistant and has grown into the role of Studio Manager, where she is involved in nearly every aspect of the studio. From planning annual shows and events to overseeing studio marketing and design, Sam is always looking for new ways to improve, evolve, and create meaningful experiences for our dancers and families. A skilled designer, Sam has created countless pieces of the 5-6-7-8 brand, with her favorite logo being for Now That’s What I Can DANCE! 2000. She is also a passionate instructor, teaching  some of our youngest classes, parent dance, and every age in between. She brings her experience as a competitive dance judge back to the studio to support and guide our competition team. Above all, Sam loves being part of the 5-6-7-8 community and helping make the studio a place where dancers and families feel connected, supported, and excited to grow.

Miss Nicole is an extremely detail-oriented dancer, choreographer, and educator whose passion and precision shine through in her award-winning pieces. She comes to 5-6-7-8 with an expansive background in many styles of dance, along with a 4-year certification from the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. As our Competition Team Manager, Nicole plays an integral role in supporting our comp dancers and helping our team reach its goals. She also serves as our Alumni Class Director, providing our alumni with the opportunity to continue dancing, growing, and staying connected to the studio they love. 

Miss Christina has been part of the 5-6-7-8 family for many years as both a student and teacher. She is our most advanced tap instructor and choreographer. She continuously expands her training by traveling to New York often to learn from some of the best in the industry. She recently completed the iTap Certificate Program, adding to her already impressive expertise. She has even choreographed multiple a cappella tap pieces where the only music is the sounds created by her dancers’ feet.  Miss Christina is also the familiar voice behind our annual recitals, serving as our emcee!

Miss Ashley brings a beautiful combination of artistry, technique, and passion to the 5-6-7-8 family. While she specializes in Lyrical, she is an incredibly versatile instructor who can teach and inspire dancers of all ages and across every style. Ashley’s performance experience includes serving as Captain of both the UMass Lowell Dance Team and the Spinners Dance Team, and she continues to share her expertise as a Master Teacher for the Step Up 2 Dance convention. Ashley is also the Program Director of Count Me In, our inclusive dance program created to ensure dancers of all abilities have the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence, and community that dance provides. Whether she is teaching, choreographing, performing, or creating opportunities for others, Miss Ashley is passionate about helping every dancer discover what they are capable of.

Miss Britney is proud to serve as the NHSDA Chapter Sponsor at 5-6-7-8, helping lead our National Honor Society for Dance Arts chapter and recognize dancers for their excellence, leadership, and commitment to dance. In 2026, she played an instrumental role in bringing this program to our studio, creating an exciting new opportunity for our dancers. A graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) with a BFA in Performing Arts: Dance Theatre, Britney brings a strong background in performance and dance education to our faculty. She is passionate about helping dancers build strength, confidence, and longevity through proper technique and injury prevention and holds certifications in Progressing Ballet Technique, Sugarfoot Therapy, Barre, and Pilates. Britney also currently performs with the Maine Celtics Dance Team!

Miss Missy has been part of the 5-6-7-8 family for many years, beginning her journey as a dancer at just 14 years old and continuing through the college level. As a member of the 5-6-7-8 Dance Team, she earned numerous regional and national placements and titles before becoming an Elite Dancer at Excel in Motion, where she had the opportunity to assist SYTYCD winner Lauren Froderman and Aaron Turner. She went on to dance and choreograph for the UMass Lowell Dance Team, bringing her experience and leadership back to our studio. Today, Miss Missy is an invaluable member of our team and management, jumping in wherever she is needed—from helping plan and execute studio events to supporting our Comp Team during busy competition weekends. 

Miss Sammi has been part of the 5-6-7-8 family since she first walked through our doors at just 2 years old. She began assistant teaching at age 12 and quickly discovered a passion for inspiring and educating the next generation of dancers. A graduate of UMass Lowell, Sammi proudly served as Captain of the UMass Lowell Dance Team before continuing with the program as a choreographer, creating innovative and engaging routines. Today, you’ll often find Miss Sammi working with our youngest dancers on Saturdays, but her expertise extends to Lyrical and Contemporary, and she loves teaching dancers of all ages. Her favorite part of teaching is sharing her love of dance with her students, helping them build confidence, find their own passion, and discover just how much joy dance can bring.

Miss Kailey brings an incredible level of professional training and performance experience to the 5-6-7-8 family. Originally from just outside Boston, she trained extensively for 15 years in a wide range of styles before earning her BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance, summa cum laude, from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Today, Miss Kailey is a Radio City Rockette, performing in the world-famous Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, and also serves as Co-Director of the Professional Assistant Program with West Coast Dance Explosion. Her professional experience, strong technical foundation, and passion for dance allow her to bring an exceptional perspective into the classroom and inspire our dancers to reach for their own goals.

Miss Julie has been dancing since the age of 2 and grew up right here at 5-6-7-8, surrounded by teachers and mentors who inspired her to eventually become an educator herself. A lifelong dancer, Julie continued her training through the collegiate level as a member of the UMass Amherst Division I Dance Team, where she further developed her performance skills, discipline, and passion for dance. She brings a fierce energy and strong presence into the classroom, whether she is teaching or choreographing, and loves challenging her dancers to push themselves and perform with confidence. Having trained with professionals from around the world and earned numerous competition accolades throughout her dance career, Julie brings both experience and enthusiasm to every class.
