PICTURE DAY
Picture Day will be held at 5-6-7-8 Dance Studio on Tuesday June 13, 2023. In the event we completely book up, we will gladly open up more availability. Picture Day will start at 2pm. First come, First basis. Please sign up here.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR PICTURE DAY
1) Go to the Sign Up Page
2) Choose your desired time slot. Please only select ONE slot per child (even if they have several costumes!)
3) In the comment section, you MUST include your child's name, and how many costumes you are purchasing.
4) All payments must be made via Venmo immediately after you sign up.
We will not be accepting cash, checks or credit card payments at this time. You must submit your payment via Venmo or Paypal after completing your time slot request in the link provided below. Space is very limited. Payment will ensure your reservation time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be. We will not have staff members at check in to collect payments to keep our numbers to a minimum. Please contact Katie if you have any questions regarding this.
You must include in your payment memo:
1) 5-6-7-8 Dance Picture Day
2) Your dancer's name
3) How many costumes purchased
4) Print & fill out this order form and send the complete form in with your child on picture day!
NO CHILD CAN BE PHOTOGRAPHED WITHOUT AN ORDER FORM!
